The designers of this game had obviously had several drinks, some LSD, watched porn for about 3 hrs, and then tried to play Wolfenstein 3D. The result is a 256c greyscale game in which you must gun down hostile dildos and breasts using your trusty... er... "pump action". The game is incredibly bizarre, but hardly hentai. You take on the persona of Professor Hitosuji, a well-known tutor famed for turning failing students into straight A students in this game. As this is a H-Game, you also seduce your students. This time, your target is Reiko Shirakawa, the daughter of wealthy parents. As Reiko attends an all-girl school and is prohibited from having contact with other men, she is very innocent which can make your efforts to seduce her more difficult. She is also guarded by her maid.

The story behind Innaikansen is that you become a doctor in a hospital. At the beginning, you are just a normal, self-controlled doctor. However, one day, you saw a surgeon (female) in the hospital doing some immoral action alone in the operation room. This event eventually triggers your dark desire in your body. As you progress through the game, the dark desire will slowly destroy your reason. You will begin to control the females in the hospital by have "fun" with them (??) or holds some secretes of the girls that will ruin their life. Eventually, you will control a total of six nurses and doctors. At the end, you will setup a trap for the daughter of the hospital's dean to fall into. Depending on your selection of choices, your ending will be varying.

In this game, you are Kenta and the antagonist is Isaku. Apparently, Isaku has been harassing the faculty and students of a school and you are asked to resolve the problem. Basically, you, Isaku, and the harassed are all in the school and what you do in the game is to not let anyone get caught by Isaku.
